By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Services

Executive Rides provides luxury chauffeur and transportation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by service type and wil be provided at the time of booking confirmation. Executive Rides reserves the right to charge full fare for cancellations made within less than the specified notice period.

4. Passenger Conduct

Executive Rides reserves the right to refuse service to any person who acts in a disorderly manner or who is believed to be a threat to our chauffeurs or other passengers. Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Liability

Executive Rides shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, traffic conditions, road closures, or mechanical breakdowns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in our vehicles.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
